ARPA heading to Ontario Court of Appeal for Trinity Western University
Great news! Today, ARPA Canada heard from the Ontario Court of Appeal that our motion to intervene in the TWU appeal has been granted. This means that ARPA will be allowed to present our arguments to the Ontario Court of Appeal when they hear TWU’s appeal of a rather disappointing decision from the Ontario Divisional Court which had ruled that the Ontario Law Society was allowed to discriminate against Christian law graduates. This is the fourth court that ARPA Canada will be presenting to on this file, which is likely to make its way to the Supreme Court of Canada in the next couple of years.
