Health-Centred Approach to Substance Use Act

Bill S-232 was introduced in the Senate by Senator Gwen Boniface on December 7,
2021. The bill would require the government to develop a national strategy for the
decriminalization possession of illegal substances. It would also amend the
Controlled Drugs and Substances Act to repeal any offences for drug possession.
