The ARPA E-Luminary has been voted as the new name for soon-to-be launched ARPA Canada e-newsletter. Congratulations to Bill G. from Winnipeg, Manitoba for winning the contest with this entry. He will receive a copy of State vs. Church by Tim Bloedow. A big thank-you to everyone who submitted suggestions for names and to those who voted online to pick a winner. The ARPA E-Luminary will be launched in conjunction with the official launch of ARPA Canada in April. Stay tuned….
