The Left Slanders the Right

The Morden Times: In Don Radford’s editorial “jumping to logical conclusions”, he being liberal it cannot be any other way when he admits his first reaction about the shooting in Arizona was the work of an “extreme right-winger going over the edge.”

Does he mean that when Obama said “They Bring a Knife … We Bring a Gun”? Or tells voters “Punish your enemies.” A Republican victory means “hand to hand combat”?

Or when Sarah Palin and her family get death threats? Or when Hardball’s Chris Matthews fantasized that conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh, “explode like a giant blimp.”?

Or when Ed Schultz on his national radio show in 2009, wished for Dick Cheney’s death: ” He is an enemy of the country …. Lord, take him to the Promised Land, will you?”

Does he mean that when in 2009, then-Air America radio host Montel Williams urged the Right-wing Congresswoman Michele Bachmann to: “Slit your wrist! Go ahead! I mean, you know, why not? I mean, if you want to — or, you know, do us all a better thing. Move that knife up about two feet. I mean, start right at the collarbone.”

After Limbaugh was hospitalized for chest pains radio host Mike Malloy (a onetime news writer for CNN) said on his own show on that he was hoping to find out “he’s choked to death … Go away, Rush, you make me sick!”

In no time, Democratic campaign materials that employed targets and crosshairs against Republican politicians were found.

The shooter is guilty of 6 murders, yet 6 murders is a slow day at any abortion clinic.

Radford says Obama has been compared to even Satan.

Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff stated: “You know you smell the whiff of sulfur coming off the guy [Harper] — we know how right wing these guys really are.” Comparing our Prime Minister to Satan, Controversial? Not from the Left.

Usually the Left begins slandering the Right without any evidence of something that the Left does all the time.

If the Right doesn’t defend itself, they are guilty, yet if the Right defends itself, they must be hiding something and is held responsible for something the Left started.

When the Left is found guilty of far more than it ever accused the Right, they deny, deny, deny and say that both sides are guilty.

Radford mentions over the top political rhetoric. Does he mean when the Left here in Canada fabricated stories like soldiers in the streets, scary hidden agendas, crosses burning in Prince George?

He smugly states that Canadians idea of political extremism is a pie thrown in the face of a Prime Minister.

What about the year 2000 Canadian election campaign against Stockwell Day? Left-wing Radford never clued in to the most nasty, hateful and vicious smear campaign I ever witnessed by the Left only because Day was a Bible believing anti-abortion Christian and who because of the Bible rejects evolution.

To Radford, such selective memory is normal.
