Overview
ARPA Canada is seeking a reliable and service-minded Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations, communications, and events. This role is central to keeping the organization running smoothly and advancing our mission through strong administrative support and coordination.
The ideal candidate is aligned with ARPA’s mission and Reformed Christian foundation, is highly organized and self-directed, and is able to manage a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
• Manage office operations, supplies, shipping, and reception
• Prepare and compile reports (expense, board, media, and lobbying)
• Print, bind, and distribute materials
Communications & Contact Management
• Maintain accurate contact lists (supporters, officials, media)
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and partners
• Assist with newsletters, press releases, and social media content
• Support website updates and content posting
• Assist with legal document preparation and record-keeping
Event Planning
• Support planning and execution of events
• Coordinate venues, travel, logistics, and volunteers
