David Breakenridge, Calgary Sun – July 4 2011: But the proposal that seemed to have everyone’s knickers in a twist was the abolition of the Alberta Human Rights Commission, a body which even its own minister has described as a kangaroo court, despite caving to the whim of the premier when pushing for sensible reforms a couple of years back.

I may not win the hearts and minds of some of my more progressive friends, but Smith, the Wildrose, Lindsay Blackett and the Sun’s Ezra Levant are right. It’s got to change, or it’s got to go — one or the other. Read the whole article here.
