ARPA Comments on the Supreme Court Whatcott Judgment

On February 27, 2013 the Supreme Court of Canada released a decision on hate speech and free speech. It found that Mr. Bill Whatcott had in fact published hate speech by distributing strongly worded flyers. The Court tightened up the definition of hate speech, but the decision still leaves much to be desired.
