Overview
The Creative Marketing Manager strengthens ARPA’s communications by leading proactive, strategic marketing for key events. This role helps move the department beyond reactive maintenance work, giving space for thoughtful planning, creative promotion, and long-term visibility for ARPA’s major gatherings, tours, conferences, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead marketing and advertising for ARPA events, with clear branding and high visibility.
• Develop and implement strategic event-promotion plans that grow engagement and broaden our reach.
• Create long-term promotional cycles for recurring events.
• Identify new marketing opportunities—digital ads, partnerships, creative concepts, and audience-expansion strategies.
• Oversee creative development with designers, contractors, and internal staff.
• Steward advertising resources wisely and track results to guide future planning.
• Support the Communications Director in building a stronger, more forward-looking event marketing strategy.
Qualifications
• Experience and/or education in marketing, advertising, or digital communications (nonprofit or ministry experience an asset).
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Creative thinker with strong project-management skills.
• Experience with digital ad platforms and analytics.
• Clear communication skills and alignment with ARPA’s mission and Reformed Christian worldview.
