Abstinence the better choice

Abbotsford News, Dec 7 2011 Re: “Abbotsford women with virginity blog will appear on two TV shows”.
That four Abbotsford women are actively promoting abstinence until marriage is refreshing.
As promiscuity has been celebrated with increased vigour, so have the incidents of sexually transmitted diseases; to the point where 1 in 4 teenage girls has contracted a sexually transmitted infection.
The fact that this is so, clearly shows that saved sex is a much healthier choice; and this in spite of a growing movement and a plethora of resources promoting safe sex.
These four courageous women are providing a great example and are to be commended.
