Who Can Apply
Students, Grade 11–12
The deadline to submit your application is November 20, 2026. Applications open on November 2, 2026. We will be in touch with the successful applicants within two weeks after the deadline.
There are only limited openings for this conference and we anticipate more applications than there are spaces. As a result, the submission of your application does not guarantee a spot at the conference.
All costs of this conference are covered, excluding travel to and from Ottawa.
Tenative Itinerary
Day 1
- Afternoon: Travel to Ottawa and check-in at Ottawa Jail Hostel
- Evening: Games/relaxing at the ARPA Canada office
Day 2
- Morning: Keynote speakers, workshops, and breakout sessions
- Afternoon: Field trip to the Supreme Court, workshops, and breakout sessions
- Evening: Fun night
Day 3
- Morning & Afternoon: Lobbying, committee hearings, tours of Parliament
- Evening: Formal banquet
Day 4
- Morning: Grassroots brainstorm
- Afternoon: Taking action
- Evening: Travel home
