Christians are called to be faithful witnesses to the truth of God’s Word in every area of life, even if that means enduring disdain, hatred, and or persecution from the world.

However, we need to remember that politics itself will not save us. God calls us to prayer and action in the world around us, yet He may choose to not rescue our land from some of the evil policies being set forth. Just as Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego acknowledged, EVEN IF God chooses to not deliver us, we will stand firm. We must also go so far as to say that we know suffering and persecution will come, as they came to our Lord and as the Word says will come to Christians. We must understand this and expect it even, so as not to be tempted to doubt God’s goodness when they do come. We must prepare the hearts and minds of God’s people (especially young people) to be active in our society, to pray for our leaders, to find ways to shine God’s light into politics and to stand firm no matter what outcomes result. In fact, we must rejoice together – both when we do make a difference in stemming the tide of evil and when we do not succeed and suffer as a result!

The Even If ARPA Youth Conferences is for high school youth grades 9-12 and is about preparing our hearts, minds, and hands for political action through the firestorm of politics. Be inspired to serve as ambassadors of Jesus Christ in the public square. Educate, equip, and encourage fellow Reformed Christians to political action. Bring a Biblical perspective to our civil authorities. We promise engaging speakers, workshops, sports, games, comradery, and fun!
